We welcome David Abarca (MX) as an Area Manager in Belize. David brings many experiences in editing in Mexico to bear on his new Area. He plans to start in the south and work his way north.
We’ll also be looking at updating the Belize Wiki to reflect more of the aspects of Waze that are particular to the country. For example, we’ll be developing a procedure to use Landmarks when House Numbers – and sometimes Street Names – don’t help in routing Wazers to the correct location. If you’ve used this kind of Landmarking in your Area, please let me know.
