Hello Waze Family,
I live in a new community called Gramcery Farms in St.Cloud (28.207990, -81.258135) and I can’t seem to get the right directions on waze. I have two concerns, the street I live on does not exist and I attempted to add it online using the editor and was unable to. The only was I was able to was by using the pave function in the mobile app. My second concern is the road circled in the top right corner, That road does not connect and actually dead ends into a lake. If that connection could be removed as well. I would love to make these edits myself but I am unable to. I took this map from google to show you what it should be. Thank you Waze Family
Hello and thanks for providing us the information. We will take a look at this and get started right away. One thing to point out as I reviewed the area and see what I imagine are your reports on the waze map is that we are not allowed to use google maps as a reference for edits we make to the Waze map. It might be helpful if you joined us in our south east region discord channel so that we could converse directly on some of the needed changes. Hello, and thanks again for pointing this neighborhood out to us. We’ve updated the area based on your feedback, and we spruced it up even more by adding house numbers as we could. It takes a couple of days for the Live Map to update and reflect the changes we’ve made. Also, as a Waze Area Manager covering that area of St. Cloud, I’m happy to help again in the future, if needed. As stated above, we’d love to have you join us in Discord as well.
