Hope you’re doing well.

A new WME version has been released:

  • Add object type to Unlock Request forum message-ENABLED

  • Make footer full width- ENABLED

  • Support split in JB entry and exit segments- ENABLED. The spliting node should be outside of the JB but still the entre/exit segment. (For the near future, merge entry and exit segments in JB is planned as well)

  • >’ symbol is wrongly interpreted in the TTS override for the Turn Instructions- FIXED. Community bug: 185631647 Forum post

Roadshields: (Edited: Only in WME prod for IL and NA)

  • Can’t add 8-character exit number in U.S- FIXED. Community bug: 185532472. Forum post Validation to exit signs has been added, and the 8 character support will be added in the future.

  • Support signs with no text in turn guidance- ENABLED

  • Can’t use “Restore defaults” for the turn to the unnamed segment- FIXED Community bug: 184651515. Forum post

  • Do not automatically fill the TTS field in the turn guidance panel- ENABLED

As noted on May 19 in the beta bug forum post linked above, this is still not fixed in beta. Just tested again in beta and still can only add 7 characters max on an exit sign in beta.

I am not seeing the Roadshields in Production.

At this time, they’re only in production for IL. :wink:

Correct, validation to exit signs has been added, and the 8 character support will be added in the future.

Correct, at this time Roadshields are available in WME prod in IL only.

And with this announcement, we now have them in NA production WME. :smiley:

Should this allow attaching a new segment and creating a new JN to an entering/existing segment (e.g. a PLR)? It is not currently working for me and attaching outside of the JB.

Error is: “You do not have permission to make some of the changes.” Tried many different JBs.

EDIT: It’s now working. Appears I may have just tried too soon.
