If you have an app user that is spamming closures, I would recommend reaching out to your community manager via your regional leadership with the segments in issue. They may be able to research and find out which app user it is and ban them.
This is done, but they’ve come back with a second account after we got their first one banned. The second one just saw the ban come into effect. Just asking for future cases where it’s easier for us to get such information to smoothen the process, but thanks for your suggestion ![]()
Hmm asking if there could be a native way of showing it, I personally don’t use URO+ popups as we have a local script for that with local functions. I’ll try this out if the need ever arises again, hopefully said user gets some sense knocked into them!

You can see it while it’s live. After it is removed, you have to dig into data via the console or use a script like URO+ that does it for you.
