We wanted to share with you 2 very requested functionalities that you’ve been asking for:
Ready for production tag and Share a file with another editor
Ready for production tag
Before saving a file and after making it public, you can use the ready for production orange tag to let you country’s Darth Vader know that a file is ready to go to production. You can also use it to let your community manager know that a file is ready for production, without the need to use the submit files for upload form(contact your CM to arrange this)

Share a file with other editors
This very useful option will allow you to share a file with another editor. This means the editor you share the file with, will be able to edit the file, make it public and also mark it as ready for production. Only the owner of the file can delete it. Ownership cannot change or be transferred.

You can find this information in the Toll tool as well, under tips 11 and 12.
