Bad drivers (speeding, swapping lanes erratically, tailgating, bad merging, etc) are road hazards that are more dangerous than potholes. I suspect police may periodically use Waze to see if they have been spotted. If they could see reports of bad drivers they might be on the alert as to where to patrol/ monitor traffic. Move the hazard at speed limit +15mph could make this predictive, for about 5 minutes, then delete

Make sure to read the guidelines as well.
If the driver is still driving, a hazard report would become useless for someone coming up from behind.
I have never heard of police using Waze to find bad drivers.
I suspect this would generate so much clutter, it would be ineffective. Almost every driver is going to complain about “bad drivers” and to G_W1Z’s point, it’s useless for anyone behind it.
