New Orleans street names with incorrect pronounciations

Burgundy Street - pronounced bur-GUN-dee.
Orleans Street / Orleans Avenue - these are pronounced or-LEENS (Note that New Orleans is pronounced as new OR-lins. That is correct).
Villere St. is pronounced VIL-er-ee, not vil-AIR. Trust me on this one - it’s my mother’s maiden name.
Girod Street is pronounced gir-AHD, not gi-ROAD.

There are streets also in other communities in Louisiana with these names, and they should be pronounced as I have described.

Hey, first thanks for your patience - I know we have fixed some of these pronunciations in the past, but I’ll have to check on whether they weren’t applied to the newer voices. I think we can do pronunciations by state now (it used to be national, all or nothing), so I will look into fixing these.
