I saw another post about this. Used my same ID and password on new phone and it has started me back at 0. It said to e-mail you guys so I did and I haven’t received a response??? Seriously, this makes me not want to use this program anymore.
Both the sync of your new device and the answering of your mail can take a few days. Have patience!
Emails may go unanswered for a while. You are likely better off to send in a support ticket from the Quick Help box on the Support page.
