If you have access to suburb boundaries then adding the City onto highways is useful.
Also Alt name of Route number, with no city checked, and highway name (no route number prefix), City.
I added it to Sandy Hollow (when I relocked your request if you want example).

I might need you to add the road shield back onto theses sections though, looks like when I update the road name it deletes the shield. :roll:

Shield added back to that new Street Id. Street Id is a grouping of segments with the same Name + City + State.
