Hi. We have a new subdivision next to our house and when you put in our address (1640 Shades Crest Road) it takes you to the subdivision next door (Walnut Hill). And I tried typing in 104 Walnut Hill Lane and it takes you to our address. Is there a way you can help with this?
Hi. One of our editors has created a driveway for you your address and an updated address location. However, it may take up to a few days for the driveway to become available in the app. You will also need to remove the existing entries for your home from Waze. Go to My Waze > tap three dots next to address > tap remove (which you have have as your ‘Home’ entry). Then re-enter it.
Once the driveway is available in the app, it should route you to it correctly.
Hi, we have had several people driving up our driveway for the next door subdivision. Someone fixed this a while back but not sure if something changed as we are having it happen again lately.
I’ve made a couple minor changes but otherwise everything looks mapped correctly. I think it’s just by mistake this is happening.
