Hello -
I’m new to the Waze for Cities program, and unfortunately seem to have nothing but issues with getting the map and information to work at all. I have tried to create a road closure, but it says that I’m not a Connected Partner. So then I created an event (like the tutorial video showed) and when I go to submit it under the “CONSTRUCTION” category, it gives me an error message saying I don’t have permission to submit a Crisis Event.
I just need to edit our busiest road in the county and this hasn’t been going well 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
