New to WAZE - How will it affect my Cellular Data plan?

I’m new to WAZE after my boss showed it to me yesterday. It looks terrific.

My concern is how much data is uploaded/downloaded when in use as I only have the basic iPhone AT&T data plan (200mb).

Any tips/suggestions or is this not a major concern?

In general, Waze is fairly light on data usage. There are multiple posts here in the forum regarding this.

With that said if you are already using 190 MB per month of you 200 MB per month plan, you are going to have an issue.

Thanks - I rarely use more than 30-50mb but at times have hit 140mb in a month. If I use wifi to plan my routes then there shouldn’t be much data xfer while driving I would hope.
