something wrong with WME? :shock:

not a single edit point is given for editing… zero…
editing place (new place or existing) = zero edit point
editing segmen (add new street or existing) = zero

some one else face the same issue?

Yes, there has been a lot of discussion that since the new WME release, no edits are being counted.

The same problem occurs in Brazil.
Editing places from app doesn’t count edits either.

In both beta and prod, since yesterday morning around 9 am CST, edit counts are not increasing (pill count on the profile page). The reports are that it’s happening in the ROW as well as being confirmed in the NA server. Since it’s happening across both servers, I think something internally is broken.

Staff was contacted an made aware, they are following the issue, awaiting an update from them.

Map Problems edits, still count :wink:

The edit counter is working now, but what about the edit count of yester day? Is there any way to recover it?

I’ve noticed that after closing a UR and saving, the UR shows on the map still instead of being hidden. The option in the layers menu is turned off. If I enable the layer to show all URs then disable it again, the URs will be hidden again as they should be.

These usually catch up eventually.

This is a terrible release. So many of WME’s functions no longer work.

And that’s without breaking all the scripts.

RPPs seem to be duplicating on edit/move. Has this been noticed anywhere else?

Yeah, and they cause an unable to save error.

Have to agree with everyone complaining… the quality of this release is really disappointing. I know that WME beta testers are reporting problems before they go to prod, I cannot understand why in the world they are allowed to get pushed out anyway.

This along with the really lousy UI design updates which I am sure are well-intentioned but frankly are horrible…looks like we’re cycling back into one of those low periods where quality goes all to heck until enough of the right people make a LOT of noise to get someone’s attention high enough up the food chain at HQ and the light is once again shined on quality control and user feedback again for a little while. Right now I don’t see much evidence that whoever is making these design and release decisions is actually paying attention.

Until that happens, I guess we should prepare for the winter of waiting… :cry: :evil:
