El problema que encuentro con mi cuenta es que no me permite interactuar de ninguna forma con otros Usuarios de la app.
No entiendo si fue que me bloquearon o que paso.
Mi cuenta la tengo hace mas de 10años y no quiero por ningún motivo perderla 
.
Porfavor ayúdenme a solucionar. Estuve revisando todas las configuraciones de la app pero nada.
Cuando en el mapa veo a otros usuarios, los toco y me aparecen las opciones de BIP y MENSAJES pero no me aparecen iluminadas. Osea no las puedo pulsar. No entiendo cual será el problema. Espero puedan ayudarme. g

When I see other users on the map, I touch them and the BIP and MESSAGES options appear but they do not appear illuminated. I mean, I can’t press them. I don’t understand what the problem will be. I hope you can help me. g
