I submitted an event a few days ago that was accepted. I was sent the spreadsheet but when I click on the link to access it on Google Drive it says I don’t have permission to access it. I sent a request for access but haven’t heard anything back yet. WTF? And yes I do have a Gmail account.
You have to be patient 
due to Easter there were probably some delays.
My requests were processed today.
