It’s not necessarily obvious, but the u-turn is not allowed in Waze. You’re going to have to do some digging the find out the issue. If they had a recalculation within that yellow box (junction box), there’s nothing we can do. If Waze suggested the u-turn as part of the route all along, this is a bug. In either case, there are no changes we can make to change their issue. We can only identify it and either explain the limitation (recalculation) or submit it via the beta program for devs to take a look.
