Hi,
Can you explain a bit more about the reason for your unlock request please, as you’ve (I assume) said who you are or who you work for, but not gone into detail about what change you wish to make.
You’ve also asked for it to be unlocked to L4, but the segment is already locked at L4. I presume, on checking your editor profile, you actually want this unlocked to L1.
