There are a ton of URs on North Capitol below NY about the service road being closed. Almost all of them are closed without any replies. It would be great if we could figure out what exactly is going on down there.
I did find one that had a single reply that talks about a turn not being allowed and the NY Ave Svc Rd being closed during business hours.

Then I found one about the service rd being close northbound for roadwork between M & NY Ave:

I was unable to find a project but I still am not too good at finding DC projects. Does anyone have any information that we can use to slow down these URs?
