Not recording miles

I noticed the last two days driving I have not accumulated any new points. I also noticed tonight after my drive home that I have no new miles recorded. I am on the correct server. Any help is appreciated.

Some more info: tonight was the first time accessing waze from a computer, and I notice my info shows today as my join date and “no thanks received”. I did receive my first “thanks” yesterday and on my phone it shows me as a user for 21 days.

The “date joined” shown in the forum is the date you first accessed the forums, not the date you joined Waze.

Drives and points do not show up immediately. It can take from hours to days (in some rare cases weeks) for drives to be processed or for points to show up.

And “Been Thanked” is how many thanks you’ve received for posts on the forum, not how many times you’ve been thanked for a hazard report in Waze.
