This segment of Ardmore Street is closed due to some significant looking construction. I do not remember the exact date but I believe I saw a date in September. I only saw when passing through Wanaka.

These roads are all unsealed/unpaved but the info in Waze is wrong and on a recent road trip it took us through here even though we had avoid unpaved roads ticked

Thanks for reporting these. I’ve marked the segments above as unpaved roads and lowered the road to a regular street to discourage routing (you won’t be routed if you have unpaved roads ticked, once the map has been updated). Should be live in the map early next week, all things going well. Cheers!

Edit: Also I will take a look at Google Street View around the area and see what else I can find a bit later on. Cheers.

Hey Chris,

That turn is already restricted. If you turn on the “Junction Box” map layer from the menu on the right, you can see the restricted turn.

Hi Ray,
There is a software issue with the Waze Map Editor software at present preventing L1 making any edits.
Staff are working to correct it, but there is no set time as to when it will be fixed.
I have changed the speed-limit for you
