Oak St at Spring Grove Hospital Center no longer one-way

The segment (id:22213704) between Tawes Ct and Oak St parking lot is no longer one way east. It was used that way when everyone entering the hospital center was required to check-in/temperature test in the parking lot before entering the center (right on Oak, left on parking lot, left on Tawes Ct back to Oak St).

However, as of these days, Oak St is two-way again and the temperature checkpoint is no longer staffed.

I submitted that change, setting that segment of Oak St 2-way. This should update to the map in a few days.
