Roadworks on Xulián Estévez, Vigo for 1 month

I’m writing because I can’t report this since I’m not level 2.
There are roadworks cutting off Xulián Estévez heading towards Guixar from the García Barbón / Sanjurjo Badía roundabout to Xulián Estévez 40 (it might increase as the works will be along the whole street).
So you can only drive from Guixar to Vigo; Vigo - Guixar is blocked.
This is the reason for so many traffic jams on Sanjurjo Badía.
