I would like to be able to edit the following places. This is to ensure correct routing to the fuel station as a one way system is implemented in the car park.

Hi. We don’t down-lock places - if you make the required changes, they’ll flag up as a pending update requiring approval, and a Level 3 or higher editor will then be able to approve them.
Regarding the additional segments you’ve added to the car park -this car park was already mapped sufficiently, your suggested edits don’t follow the UK guidance on mapping.

It’s also worth noting that whenever you add new segments to a car park which do follow guidelines, you need to make sure they’re the correct segment type (parking road, not street), and that they have at least the county, and ideally also the city. name completed (and the ‘none’ box ticked on any address fields which aren’t relevant).
