All the information is at the link I shared above. If this is your second flag, you’ll have to wait 7 days, 3rd flag, 30 days.
All in all your solution is to stop making excessive reports and this will stop happening.
It is blocked since 3+ years…

I’ve moved this topic over to the Oman sub-section of the forum. Here you can find some more info related to Waze in Oman, including a link to our Community Chat on Slack. Please join there, we can really use some local knowledge of Oman Wazers 
Further, I’ve send a request to Waze to unblock your account. It could be that you’ve posted too many reports in the past, that have been rejected due to wrong data or false pictures at places. Just keep that in mind to prevent future issues.
The block should be gone in 1 or 2 days. I hope to see you on Slack!
