I saw a one-eye’d purple guy with a crown for a mood, on the road today. I know we are limited to what we can choose for a mood, but how’d they get the one-eye’d purple people eater? I know how you get the crown (top 1% in state), but how’d they get that mood?
Some people know the secret. I think more know than are supposed to however. Besides me there are a couple in my area lately.

Is it now more important to get the purple monster than it is to make the top three in your state?

I’m sure it is for some people. In sort order it will be so passé however that no one will care to be purple. Especially when everyone learns that it is just a cute little Easter Egg trick and no real accomplishment!
If the purple man-eater makes casual Wazers curious enough to visit the forum and wiki it serves a purpose alright.

I saw someone on FB make a recommendation last week when they posted a status about the purple monster. Someone said that Waze should create a “Zombie” mood. That would be pretty cool I think.

Better yet DIY app for custom mood. That’ll make things interesting.
Unfortunately user designed moods would open up a whole host of potential problems (obscene images, malformed images attempting buffer overflow exploits) that would make it more hassle than it was worth. It would be cool to see more regular Easter Eggs though, perhaps holiday themed (monsters for Halloween, turkeys for Thanksgiving, sleigh for Christmas).
As far as the top 3 in the state go, they’re too close to the moods regular users have access to. Gold looks too much like Speedy, Silver looks like Sad, and Bronze looks like Sleepy. I’ve given up on even looking for the top users in my state because I’ve mistaken the others for them too many times.

Yes, I agree about the top three. The speedy icon I do like but the Gold/Silver/Bronze should be enhanced if not have some sort of say aura/ring or something added for weekly top. Perhaps the speedy and similar regular mood should have different colors…speedy with light blue or blue…etc.

It took a little hunting and some extended head-scratching, but I changed to the monster mood earlier this evening. I didn’t know about it until this weekend :lol:
A zombie mood for Hallowe’en would be good fun too… even more so if the standard map goodies changed to little brains, with a moan instead of jingle for getting them 
I would love a custom mood, I would make it resemble this!
What about people that don’t use facebook? I pinged at least 10 people for some hints but not a single one is nice enough to reply with a hint.
