Open Resto is Marked as Permanently Closed on Waze

Hi,

i recently visited Cafe Guilt in QC which is marked as open on Google Maps. But on Waze it is marked as permanently closed. Can someone please help me fix the Cafe Guilt on Waze to open.

Aozora Japanese Restaurant at SVD road, barangay san jose, tagaytay city is OPEN. but marked as permanently closed. Please change to OPEN DAILY
