What happens when leaving you have 1 hour driving till you reach the closure, but the closure is opened in 30 minutes?
Will it just route trough? I hope so 
From some other example’s discussion, IIRC - if you drive towards something, that is even already known to be totally blocked, but you are more than 1/2 hour drive away from it, you will be happily routed through, because the historical data don’t suggest anything negative.
I do not expect timed closures to behave any different. But I’d like to stand corrected.
They have stated the restriction function to work correctly.
