My apologies,
I would like to modify where the speed limit changes from 30 to 60 mph.
Not a problem, I’ve unlocked this and the small segment north of here towards the village (as this is also at 60mph, so I suspect you’ll need to edit this one too) down to L1 for you. Please post back here when you’re done 
It’s always worth including the reason as, for many higher locked segments, these are generally well travelled roads, so we just need to make sure they’re reasonably valid changes being made, as it’ll effect many Wazers.

All done, thanks for unlocking all the segments. Especially the small section slightly to the north. I can understand how much of an impact an invalid change could do.
Hopefully everything I’ve modified is acceptable.

The only thing I did was remove the node between the two new 30mph segments.
