I’ll appreciate your help with a map update.

Reason: speed limit 50 mph to fix routing issues. This border crossing isn’t being used when it should be (for routes between Keremeos BC and US-97 south of Oroville), but it is being used when it shouldn’t (routes from Nighthawk to points on US-97 just south of the border are going through Canada).

We can set the speed limit, but I’m curious why you think it is impacting routing to not have it. Can you provide some example routes in livemap?

To add to this, it can also be an issue of road type - Primary street vs Major highway.

It appears that Waze doesn’t have any speed data for these segments. Since there is also no speed limit set, Waze is using the road type speed (30 km/h for Primary Street) for routing and ETA.

I did change the speed limits last night, so we may be able to test as early as tomorrow.
