there has been a speed camera at this traffic light for at least a year and it is not listed. On the service road, at the exit of Alcobendas, Av. de la Transición Española 36

In the photo, you can’t tell what type of camera it is.
For it to be a red-light camera, it must be announced by a traffic sign as indicated in Article 15 of the mobility regulatory ordinance of the Alcobendas City Council.
It might be a surveillance camera.
Is it announced by signage?
The same applies to the red-light camera you reported in April on the same street in the opposite direction and another one on that same street; are they announced?
