For a first edition we do not lower the segments by more than one level.
Tell us exactly what the right limit is
Selected all segments to change
(used CTRL then the link icon on the right)
Or give us the name of the intersection at the beginning and at the end
We would do it for you

In StreetView we see a limit of 60 km/h for the segment you have selected
