Our business moved 2 months ago, We CANNOT get the address updated on the APP at all? Please HELP?

Good day WAZE Community,

We have tried on average 98 times per person within the organization to change our company address on WAZE APP as it is confusing to customers’ when they arrive at the OLD premises. We have followed the reporting guidelines meticulously to no avail.

PLEASE can an editor assist in changing the following? It would be APPRECIATED so much!

(OLD ADDRESS : 121 Malacca road, Durban North, 4051

CHANGE TO:
(Our current and only address)
Natal Power Boats
2 Cherry Road,
New Germany,
Pinetown,
3610

What I dont understand is that WAZE is a Google linked application, this to me would mean that the address would be updates as that of Google Maps???

Google is the parent company, but they do not share all of the same data. Instead, changes to Waze depend on local volunteer editors seeing the issue and correcting it. I’ll move this to the South Africa forum so a local volunteer knows to look at the issue.

For the editors, this is the old location.
