We’ve made the changes in Waze. The primary name will now show “The Wilde Resort & Spa” but searches for “Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa” will still bring Wazers to the same info card for The Wilde. You should note that Google Maps still has a place point called “Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa” so you may want to report that place as either closed or as changed name.
In the future, you are able to make these changes in the Waze app yourself by searching for the name of the business, tapping the three dots in the upper right corner of the info card, then tapping Edit and following the on-screen prompts.
If you feel this issue has been resolved, please hit the green check at the top of the post to indicate the issue is closed/resolved.

We asked several times how to get a permission, but nobody hasn’t answered yet.
That is correct - because the place point has been fully harmonized (all information added correctly) and the standard in Arizona is to lock a place to 3 when that has occurred. However, any changes you make should be generating a place update request to be moderated by a higher ranked editor (like myself). What exactly are you trying to change?
I need to replace the hotel name Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa with The Wilde Resort & Spa https://prnt.sc/26mcntv. To show Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa is not correct any more
As stated previously, the name of the place has been updated to The Wilde Resort and Spa. When users search that, they are taken to the info card that says The Wilde Resort and Spa. In the editor, you are seeing the name of the old hotel as an alternate name. This is only visible in the editor and not in the app - and it serves the purpose that if someone searches Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa, they will receive The Wilde Resort and Spa as the search result. This is standard practice when a place changes names so that people that aren’t aware of the name change can still find the place they are looking for.

in the meantime, this is ANOTHER non-Waze result you are looking at. This is most likely a cached entry from Google Maps.
If you would look at Waze in the map editor as I have told you to several times previously, you would see the location in WME with the corrected information.
