While looking at the forum post discussing Segment Locks I notice the section for Requesting Changes does not mention anything about regional communication forums.

Currently says

There are three methods to unlock manual segments and their junctions, or to request an edit change for any type of restriction.

-Send a private message to the last editor of the locked segment explaining why you need to unlock and/or change the segment. Most higher ranked editors will help you with the problem.
-Alternately you can post a forum message in the appropriate unlock request forum for your country.
-Make your request in the WME chat room.[/b]

I propose that the first bullet point should be something like:
-visit your regions Wazeopedia page for information on a regional chat program used by your state.

Then the rest could follow it.

Of course, also changing that there are three methods to four methods.

I agree, although many editor chat groups, especially in regions where Google hangouts are used, are organized by state. Also most new editors, to whom this would be most helpful, don’t know which region their state is in. So I would say “visit your state’s Wazeopedia page”…
