with the recent feature update where automatic U-turn prevention was removed in the US the JB wiki has been updated to reflect this by removing the Overriding U-turn prevention section.
it has been suggested that we might want a small section in JB mentioning one of the explicit reasons for adding JBs is for Preventing U-turns (rather than the old overriding U-turn prevention). there is a bullet in Where to use regarding prohibiting U-turns. we just need to discuss if this is adequate.
