The necessary App changes and Wiki guidance for PARKING LOT AREA (PLA) is finally released and ready for all editors to use. There are no local state changes to the USA guidance that is published (below). We will routinely lockk to L3, newly completed areas we find. However, after you finish a new PLR, we would recommend a request to an AM for the uplock. Just send me (or any other AM or L3 editor), a PM and we will make the change.
