Hi, I was requested to update the business location to the new address, but it’s still pending approval (Issue ID: 66519071.665125170.23046749). I’ve also tried creating a new place (Issue ID: 66519071.665125169.39701179). Could someone please help to approve either one of these?

Street level means that drivers can drive up to your doorstep. Based on the photo you have submitted and further research on Google, it seems obvious that you need to go through a travelator.
As such, this place will not be added to the Waze map as it is not able to benefit a driver. Unlike Google Maps, Waze is merely a driving companion meant solely for driving. If the business has been added to Google Maps, users will still be able to search for your shop in Waze but may have impacted navigation experience. For best results, it is suggested that users search for the mall itself instead.
