When you select a Petrol Station, you have the option to select Brands from a pre-defined list. Caltex does not exist in Australia since 31/12/2022. They are all now rebranded as Ampol. Caltex needs to be changed to Ampol.
However Euro Garages purchased those owned by Woolworths in which were branded Caltex Woolworths. These are now rebranded as EG Ampol.
This is a separate brand from Ampol, despite providing Ampol fuel. At EG Ampol you get the woolworths discount, at Ampol you dont.
Please update the Caltex Woolworths brand to EG Ampol.

There is currently an issue preventing us from adding new service station brands to the list which is why the brand for EG servos are mapped as Caltex Woolworths. We are waiting for a fix and you can be assured we will update all the EG servos when the time comes.
You may be surprised to hear that Caltex service stations have actually not disappeared. You are correct that they have been rebranded to Ampol as Chevron is no longer licensing the Caltex brand, however, Puma servos are in the process of being rebranded to Caltex.
