Pink Waze Icons

New user here, long-time user of Google Maps. I’m a Computeractive magazine subscriber and was intrigued by a Workshop in Issue 692 “Plan the perfect car journey with Waze”. I followed their instructions to install the app on my phone and then log in on a computer to plan a route. No problems there.
Looking at the map in detail, several of the icons are described in the magazine but, inevitably, the world has moved on and there are more icons that are not described.
Apparently, blue Waze icons are Waze users that share their position, but what are pink Waze icons (or any other colour, for that matter)?

Supplementary question - if I “Save draft”, how do I submit it?

Those are all Wazers in your pictures that have their settings in their app set to visible.

To add to that, if you go to your profile in the app you can tap on Mood to see all of the options available. This will probably answer your question about the colors, which don’t really signify anything specific other than it’s the mood’s color.
