i am from waze ads the one of the advertiser complain that the road his closed for him.
Can you please add this road on the images that attached.
Here is the advertiser issue:
"Customers reporting that Waze app is sending them to a neighborhood through which they cannot access our store.
It is directing them to a road that dead ends into the back of the property that our store sits on but our store is closer to the front of the property and has department of transportation approved entries in the front…"

The advertiser messaged again
"It wouldn’t be adding a road. I think the app is adding an entrance that does not exist so it would be deleting that. Our username with waze is willowmarieandco, our business name is Willow Marie & Co. We are advertising in US and the issue is that the app is giving people incorrect directions (see attachment)… "

I’ve added a parking lot road, which should fix the reported problem.
If you are really with Waze Ads, I am surprised that (a) you don’t know how to move a map pin location yourself or even find the person who has the ability to do that, and (b) you don’t know how to put a permalink in your messages. Maybe you should ask for better training.
