maari bang daanan ito ng publiko kahit anong oras (madaling araw)?

at ang gates natin dito, nagsasarado ba sya overnight? (10pm thru 5am) or buong araw na pong bukas…
naitanong lang natin ito dahil oras na buksan po natin ang lagusan sa pangalawang gate, padadaanin na dito ang madlang people na wazers para shortcut kapag loaded ang Congre East Bound.
pero kung may gwardya sa mga gate, maari pa rin nating ayusin ang kalye sa inyo para hindi maging shortcutan ng publiko.

Unfortunately this gate was closed by the Homeowners association of Hereford (Toro Hills HOmeowners Assoc). Kaya hindi na pwede dumaan sa segment na ito. Kami nga na nakatira sa jersey street ay hindi na pinapayagan maka daan dito and we have to turn all the way sa sunod na segment ng hereford street para lang maka uwi sa street namin
