Sorry for publishing it here, but I already tried in the local subforum for Bulgaria 10 days ago but no one was able to help me.
Those are the coordinates for the business Skladirai.me :
POINT(23.13129234313965 42.279876708984375) and its
ID: 15139239.151588996.38620135
It is stuck for approve from level 2 editor since like 3 weeks ago.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
