So I just moved to this new house but the location on the waze map is wrong and sends everyone way down the street. could you please help me? I’m attaching a photo where it sends people and where it should be. I would really really appreciate it

To the resident of Charlie’s Way. Thanks for your patience. Another US editor has tweaked those streets and added “house numbers” to the segments. That’ll take a few days to go live on the app. Later this week, would you kindly re-do a search for that street address - type it completely into the search box in the app and ignore any “auto complete” suggestions or prior searches - they will not update automatically. The correct location should appear and that can be eventually saved in the app as “home”. If you already have a “home” tag saved, please delete it so that you won’t be sent to the end of the street again.
