Currently on the Waze App, the address for Hyde Park Pediatric Dentistry is bringing people to the old business location of 3870 Paxton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45208. It needs to be updated to 3136 Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH 45209.
Can someone help with this?

In looking it over, I don’t see the old address in Waze. I’ve also checked Google since Waze also uses their places, and the address doesn’t appear there. The result in Waze that does show Paxton Ave. is “Dentists at Hyde Park Plaza” which is in Google.
You will need to remove any previous searches with the bad address from your search results and search again. It should then pick up the correct location.

This is happening on the waze app on iphones. It isn’t showing incorrectly on waze.com on a browser. Does this make a difference?
If you have used Waze to go there in the past, the old results may still be in your search history and it will continue to give you the results as they appear in your search history. In this case, you will need to remove the address from your Waze search history and search for it again.
On your phone, go to Where to? > long-press on the entry > tap Remove drive. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done you will continue to get improper navigation.
