When getting directions to 2801 Fulling Mill Road, Middletown, PA, Waze wants to send you to the back of the building. I assume because that is actually off of Fulling Mill Road. However, the actual entrance and parking is off of a side street. Directions to this spot on a “parking lot road” - https://ul.waze.com/ul?ll=40.22628571%2C-76.78442359&navigate=yes - should work via a turn from Turnpike Industrial Park Road.
I am unable to update because the parking lot roads are locked and I have a measly 30 edits. Thanks!
I have updated the map by adding an address point (RPP) for 2801. I just tested in my app and appear to get the correct directions.

Not sure if it’s maybe a timing thing, but is not working for me on app or desktop. I can always just try again later.

The desktop won’t work since it currently uses Google map places.
You may have to delete your previous search results and do a new search for the app to work.
I tested in my app and was given the route you pictured.
