I’d like to request help creating or reviewing a business POI that I was unable to save in Waze Map Editor due to permission limits.

Context:
• I attempted to create this POI in Waze Map Editor but received “You don’t have permission to make some of the changes.”
• I am a new editor (EL0/EL1).
• Tried to submit this place via the Waze mobile app a few days ago, but it is not yet visible on the map.
• The business is active and operating daily from a fixed location since Nov 2023.
Request:
Kindly assist with POI creation or review if possible.
