Please see below two updates regarding Waze for Cities program:
Support for WFC will be available by the new form only starting August 21 and will replace the email:ccp@waze.com.
The following emails stay the same:
Closures - closures@google.com
Crisis - waze-crisis@google.com
We have temporarily removed access to Post-Event data reports.
As many of you have noted, these reports had not been working. We found this was due to data migration from one database to another, which will require us to rebuild the tool that produces this report. Given current global conditions and the fact that large events are unlikely for the next many months, we are currently pausing our development efforts on this tool.
Please do note that all the other resources within the Global Event Partners program, such as Major Traffic Events, Parking Lots, and Closure Tool, are still available and are still being supported. If you have any questions about these other resources, do reach out to WFC Support.
