ho cambiato la pw sul sito waze.com e subito dopo ho avviato l’app waze sul mio i-phone scoprendo di aver perso tutti i dati, com’è possibile, come faccio a recuperarli?
Not sure what you mean by lost all your data. Are you talking favorites, settings, points?
Make sure that you have changed your password in the Profile setup (menu->my waze->my profile)
Then maybe an uninstall/reinstall, but settings are not saved on the server, only your favorites.
sono tornato a 0, praticamente all’inizio. E’ possibile recuperare i miei dati. Non ho più nulla, punti, posizione, livello, gruppi. Tutto resettato.
