Bonjour je vous mets en dessous le message que j’ai tenté d’envoyer à différents endroits à Waze, une adresse en doublon de notre entreprise entraîne nos clients à l’autre bout de Perpignan et forcément quelques mécontents ![]()
Savez-vous si j’ai d’autres moyens que la section aide dans l’application pour faire supprimer ce doublon d’adresse qui n’existe pas ?

We’re trying to reach your support service for an error on our company adress on Waze.
Location : 441 rue Aristide Berges, 66000 Perpignan, FRANCE
The app for some reason has two similar adresses on the same town, one being the right one, the other one not even existing leading our customers accross town, making really hard for us to maintain business for a few days.
Here are the screens :
As you can see, the right adress has many companies on it (we have a building with lot of partners), the wrong one (the first one, 7,5 km away) is the only one there, created for no reason on the app.
The not existing adress being 20min away from us :
We already use the Help And Comment section on the app to signal it, but if you can in any way help us quickly and delete the wrong adress, that would be amazing.
