Why do you send to Czech user, that is located in Belgium, a message in Hebrew about Tel Aviv Marathon?
What effect does have to send promo message “Start using WAZE and we will help you outsmart tradic together” to someone who is registered for over 4 years?
I mean Thank you for the announcement, I will do my best to avoid traffic in Tel Aviv by not being there

Maybe because that’s the last know position for your account on that server?
You mean last position on Israel server being Tel Aviv? That is probably right, considering the Ben Gurion Airport location
